2. Description of Service

ScaleUGC provides automated social media engagement tools. We use our own network of accounts to interact with content on TikTok based on your instructions.

3. Payment and Credits

Services are provided on a credit basis or subscription basis. 1 Credit = 1 Reply. Credits are deducted only when a reply is successfully posted.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for credits or subscriptions once purchased.If a specific reply fails to post, the credit used for that reply will be automatically returned to your account balance for future use.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content of the replies you generate or configure. You agree not to use the service for harassment, spam, or any illegal activities.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
